I know what it's like to hold a whole organisation while being asked to keep yourself together. That's the gap I work in: the space between who you are, how you lead, and what your business says about you.

That's why I've always been more interested in what's underneath than what's on display.

This is where everything integrates. This is where everything takes its final form. You were never meant to simply fit into the world of work. You were meant to leave something of yourself in it. Through the conversations you initiate, the decisions you make, the people you bring together, the possibilities you open. You are no longer just finding your place or building your vision. This is the Leadership. Not a title to hold, a position to defend, or a destination to reach. A living practice of showing up, making space, moving things forward, and knowing when to let others lead. Because the real measure of your work isn't simply what you accomplish.
